Mrs. McClennon

Alexia McClennon has served as the Thomas Jefferson High School PTECH and 9th-grade School Counselor for Dallas ISD; celebrating her 13 years in education. She is currently the College & Career Readiness Vice President on the LSSSCA board. Mrs. was among the establishment 2016 cohort when Dallas ISD collaborated with Dallas College to adopt the Pathway to Technology (PTECH) early college model. Mrs. McClennon would also establish the only Dallas ISD dual credit NAF Information Technology pathway offered to students at Innovation Design Entrepreneurship Academy. Mrs. McClennon is a clear advocate for dual enrollment programs and their benefits for students. Her 9th-grade student-focused program consists of; college and career exploration, self-management, and caring for the community.
